Abstract
Based on the LabVIEW platform, the aging test system of rechargeable communication battery was designed by parallelizing application program framework, and realized the control of programmable power supply, electronic loads, data acquisition card and digital IO card. Multiple threads including human computer interaction, state control, data acquisition, data showing and saving were synchronously processed, which efficiently and steadily finished aging test of twenty batteries. Charge-discharge state test and aging test data acquisition with monitoring acquisition method based on NI DAQmx data acquisition driver of LabVIEW and data acquisition card were detailed.
