Abstract
In order to change the way of supplying toilet paper and offer an intelligent, environmental and friendly service to the requirement in the public place, a novel communication device which can identify, store and transmit the using information is designed by modem IOT technology. Furthermore, the RFID reader based on RC500 chip is used to read the users ID of the card. The DS1302 chip is used to get the local time. The AT24C02 chip is used to store users information locally. The GPRS wireless is used to interact with the server by a TCP connection. An application program based on C# and Winsock network programming interface is designed to receive data from clients. The users data are stored in SQL Server 2005 database and the managers can check the data supported by the proposed system wherever they want. The proposed system is aim to offer a personalized service for the public service sector and achieve green and pro-environment.
