Calculation of Nodes and the Application of CNC Welding Machine by Equal-Error Method to Approach Plane Curve of Cam Contour with Helix

Abstract

Based on the characteristics of the welding of equal linear velocity of CNC welding machine, this article expounds the calculation of nodes by equal-error method to approach plane curve of cam contour with helix, and some characteristics of the method in the Welding process. Calculating by VC++ Program, we can find the distribution of maximum error and the nodes of plane curve of Cam Contour with CNC welding system of this method. With the system, the program can simulate the trajectory of the soldering point.
