Abstract
Improving working performance of cone crusher contributes to developing cone crusher of new style, high efficiency, energy saving and environment protection. In the past few decades, a large number of research results were obtained in the performance optimization of cone crushers. By collection, classification and study of the achievements on relevant literatures, patents and research results link to cone crusher, the research of modeling of working performance, crushing chamber optimization, real time optimization of cone crusher and application of discrete element method for optimization of cone crusher are presented. Several problems on crushing theory, optimization method and objective function that need be further studied and developed are also discussed.
