Abstract
In order to achieve closed-loop control,it is generally required to know the position and speed of the motor rotor through installed photoelectric encoder, rotary transformer and some other mechanical sensors on the rotor shaft . But these sensors increase the system cost and the interface circuits between the motor and the control system, and reduce the control accuracy and reliability of the system. This article designs a sensorless vector control system for permanent magnet synchronous motor, and introduces the hardware structure and the working principle of the system, and designs control circuit and vector control software based on IRMCF341 chip. The result of test shows that the system has a steady state performance and a high control precision. The motor runs well without the position sensor and at the same time achieves a much higher level of control performance.
