Abstract
we present an effective method based on Mie resonance theory to characterize dielectric constant of ceramics. A mixture of Ba0.5Sr0.5TiO3(BST) and MgO was used to fabricate dielectric cubes with lengtha=2mm. the first resonance frequencyf1of our BST-MgO cube is 11.09GHz and we find that the relative pemittivity of our BST-MgO ceramic is 130 by comparing the simulation and experiment results.
