The Design of a Network Platform for Teaching Aids in Universities

Abstract

The teaching platform system is so designed that the main function of it is activated by "hot link menus" and the hot issues of users’ concern are set on with "hot tags". An automatic 2-tiered structure comes into shape that the more frequent a user clicks on, the higher the tag ranks. The script combination techniques of Ajax and CSS are employed in the design of hot tags and menus, connection to the backstage database being there for state storage. Based on the techniques of hot tags and menus, teachers themselves can always determine what hot issues to teach and modify the order of knowledge teaching, thus the priority is always given to the teaching matters of importance in teaching management.
