Abstract

Pro-poor growth in Third World countries aimed at recasting the development goals of the new century. Eradicating poverty and promoting the comprehensive development of the poor are the essential requirement of pro-poor growth. China cooperation mechanism with the GMS countries aims at strengthening economic ties, eliminating poverty and promoting development, while the national poverty, income inequality and the distribution status and other factors seriously affect the steady development of the region. Referring to the practices and experiences for the countries have more remarkable achievement in pro-poor growth for more extensive cooperation and steady development and friendly relations in the sub-region.
