Catering Revenue Metering System and its Application

Abstract

Revenue metering is one of the most important profit growth modes in services. This paper study the issue based on the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) analyzes, the results show that the revenue metering constitute indicators of the degree of impact on revenue metering, its from the index layer constituting hotel revenue metering to explore the impact of the implementation of the effect of a short board, to establish a perfect hotel revenue metering system to provide a more reliable basis and achieve the desired results.
