Abstract

With the increasing lack of conventional energy, in order to promote the harmonious development of society and economy, how to reduce the emissions of polluting energy becomes very important. This paper will from two aspects to talk about energy emissions—emissions allowance trading and its effect on product prices and opportunity cost for free allocations of emissions permits.So that we can control energy emissions better.
