Abstract

A hybrid power generation system which can collect wave energy and wind energy at the same time has been designed and developed in order to solve the problem that the power generation system can only use a single forms marine energy to generate electricity at present. Hybrid power generations main structure, wave energy collecting device, wind energy collecting device, power generation device were described. The system can convert simultaneously wave energy and wind energy to rotation axis kinetic energy and yield electricity by 5kW permanent magnet generator. The new power generation method of marine energy can improve the utilization efficiency and promote the development of marine energy power generation technology.
