Abstract
Buckling is a geometric instability and is related to material stiffness, column length, and the cross-sectional dimensions of the column. Strength does not play a role in buckling. Buckling is not specific to composite materials, but some factors could promote buckling. This paper predicts the fast determination of displacement distribution and force in composite under force of bucking. For these purpose Experimental models of notched and without notched composite plate are developed under dynamic axial force with clamped boundary condition to investigate force - displacement behavior in different plies in composite. The resulting data would then be used to train artificial neural networks (ANN) which would be able to predict those quantities throughout the composite plate body for any given input value in any position ply and force and displacement that impose.
