Abstract

Every participants of the supply chain want to be maximally effective. That is possible only with quality forecasting of demand, because based on this forecasting is scheduled main production plan. It is very important to affect each factor which influences the demand. This article focuses with demand forecasting in the food industry which has a lot of specifics.
