Abstract

Basic idea of this paper is constructing the v order Steiner triple systems. A definition of the edge matrix is given, a method of constructing and technology view for sub graph decomposition of is proposed. Giving an introduction of constructing and counting 19 order Steiner triple systems. The method of constructing and counting Steiner triple systems in this paper is effective.<b></b>
