Abstract

In the automobile development process, importing the modeling of design history and domain knowledge, realizing the integration of design process and knowledge, the traditional development activities can be improved and product development can be speeded. Process oriented knowledge system is built, which is constituted by domain knowledge, process history and design intent. It is validated in the automobile design process and the result is satisfactory.
