Abstract
Hydraulic automatic gauge control press system is one of the key techniques of modern rolling mills. Its mathematical model is important for directly determining the quality of cold rolling strip. The sketch of hydraulic automatic gauge control press system is built. The six components of hydraulic automatic gauge control press are present, and the mathematical model of each componets is built, then, the mathematical model of hydraulic automatic gauge control press system of rolling mills is built too. Finally, it is validated by simulation based on the established model and application of real data.
