Abstract
With the existing research done both at home and abroad, as well as the special situation in China’s supply chain, this paper proposes the structure of supply chain risks and the primary measuring items of the influencing factors based on field interviews, and verifies the scientific attribute of the factors through reliability and validity analysis. In this thesis, supply chain risks mainly contain endogenous risks which include risks of cooperation, purchasing, logistics, management and information, and exogenous risks which include risks of law, policy, sudden disasters and market. Based on this conclusion, further studies can be done in the aspects of evaluation on supply chain risks and the related research.
