Abstract
The multi-room fire will cause huge casualties and property losses. Based on a established multi-room model, it simulates the multi-room fire evolution process and studies smoke spreading characteristics, temperature variation in a typical section. The simulation results show that the multi-room fire develops rapidly, the smoke concentration rises up to dangerous level sharply in all rooms, while the temperature rises up to dangerous level just only in the room of occurring fire. And it obtains the quantified influence of environmental factors on multi-room fire evolution. Finally, based on the results it provides corresponding control measures to reduce the multi-room fire damage.
