Abstract
This paper mainly studies the application of the efficient modulation technique to DVB-RCS based aeronautical satellite high data rates transmission system, and also presents the key issues of this new modulation technique used in aeronautical satellite environment. Study shows that the new efficient satellite modulation technology can meet the changing needs of today's aeronautical satellite high data rates transmission providers and achieve the targets of providing higher data rates for usage at existing same bandwidth.
