Abstract

Possibility quantitative components and guidance for constructional rearrangement (CR) of buildings attached to their confrontation is a special case of reorganization cycle. The main goal of CR objects is to bring them to the condition meeting the needs of users or requirements of regulatory documentation using the methods of planning and functional transformation.
