Abstract
✓ An example of the association of massive bilateral ossified subdural hematomas and a large meningioma is presented. The enlargement of the head led to a clinical diagnosis of hydrocephalus. Change in clinical findings 3 years before death could be correlated with the growth of the meningioma. Possible relationships between the two lesions are discussed.
