Abstract
In this article, we report an evaluation of an undergraduate program in industrial/organizational (I/O) psychology 5 years after its implementation. Graduates reported full-time employment predominantly in the business sector, competitive salaries, and a direct relation between academic major and job. Responses to open-ended questions led to several suggestions for revisions to the I/O track.
