Abstrate:Post-stroke hemiplegia is a common stroke complication of neurological diseases that seriously affect patients' health and quality of life. At present, this chronic rehabilitation disease requires medical intervention and long-term self-management. With the development of the Internet, social media and smartphone applications, the limitations of time and place have been significantly reduced. And even an increasing number of clinical studies have shown that hand function rehabilitation, balance, gait assessment, walking activity and self-management are closely associated with mobile health (mHealth)technology. Thus, as the central factor regulating this rehabilitation system, mHealth technology is a potential target for the prevention and treatment of post-stroke hemiplegia patients; In this review, we discuss the contribution of different mHealth technologies in the application and management of post-stroke hemiplegia. This is worthy of future study.
