Abstract

Məqalədə göstərilir ki, liberal iqtisadiyyatlarda sərbəst bazar şərtləri nə dərəcədə inkişaf edirsə, bazar da, bir o qədər sabitləşir. Lakin sərbəst bazar şərtləri tam formalaşmadığı üçün bu prosedur müşahidə olunmur. Dalğalanmalar, struktur xüsusiyyətlərindən və ya xüsusi şərtlərdən irəli gələn səbəblərə görə müşahidə olunur. Bu dalğalanmalar iqtisadi qərar qəbul edənlərin proqnozlarının reallaşma ehtimalını azaldır.
