Personalized approach to the correction of stress-related disorders in soldiers under a full-scale invasion

Abstract

War is the most powerful psychosocial stressor. Combat stress exerts a powerful traumatic effect on every military, which is the main reason for the development of post-traumatic stress disorders, acute stress disorders and combat mental injuries. Based on the data obtained during our study, it was developed and tested a personalized program for the correction of stress-related disorders and the rehabilitation of persons affected by combat stress with the differentiated use of psychopharmacotherapy, psychotherapy and psychoeducation methods. Against the background of carrying out the develo ped system of therapy and rehabilitation, the quali ty of life index in the main group by all scales in- creased by an ave rage of 42.1 ± 1.4 %, in the control group by an average of 31.4 ± 1.3 %. Thus, as a result of the implementa- tion of the indicated personalized program for the correction of stress-related disorders, an improvement in the quality of medical care for military personnel in modern conditions is expected.
