In this study, a fiber Fabry–Perot (FFP) interferometer was connected to a hybrid wavelength-tunable laser diode consisting of a semiconductor optical amplifier chip and Si photonics chip, and spectral linewidth narrowing was achieved using the self-injection locking effect.
