Abstract
This letter studies the mechanism of semiconducting single-walled carbon nanotubes (sc-SWCNTs) enhanced poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene): poly(styrenesulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS) for organic solar cells (OSCs). PEDOT:PSS is significantly enhanced by sc-SWCNTs among energy level, hole-transporting mobility, and surface morphology. OSCs using enhanced PEDOT:PSS by sc-SWCNTs with larger diameters achieve the highest efficiency of 6.63%.
