ON THE PRINCIPLES OF CONTROL OF THE PROCESS PART OF THE AIRBORNE CLASSIFIER DURING OPERATIONS OF SPECIAL-PURPOSE ABRASIVE MATERIALS

Abstract

The article considers the methodical methods of practical use of a vibrodynamic classifier for sieving various abrasive materials, sets and solves the task of providing optimal tuning parameters of the electromechanical part of the vibration classifier to obtain the highest grade of abrasive grain with a high content of the main fraction and a given shape of abrasive particles. The distribution of particles of the material separated by size along the perimeter of the vibration rod was studied, depending on its parameters. It has been shown that the yield of products depends on the ratio of fractions in the starting material.
