Abstract
Cold combined extrusion of cups with a conical bottom part made of a hardening material is considered. The methods for performing specific calculations of the deforming force for various geometric parameters of free and constrained extrusion are demonstrated in detail. Comparison with the experimental data obtained during the extrusion of aluminum alloy AD1 shows the high accuracy of the derived calculation formulas. It is confirmed that for most of the working stroke, the force of the combined extrusion will be significantly less than the force of the traditional extrusion.
