Abstract
Testicular neoplasms cause diagnostic difficulties for clinical and laboratory diagnostics in young and middle-aged men.
Seminoma refers to germ-cell tumors (GCTs) and is the most common cancer of this localization. But the timely and correct diagnostics by non-invasive technologies is still difficult. The clinical case clarifies the innovative techniques by Sperm.
Sediment Cytology (SSC) as the non-invasive diagnostic approach resulting in excellent tumor cells detection. While a non-invasive conventional diagnostics and laboratory examination are of low diagnostic value this method can help oncologists and urologists for a confident judgment about the nature of the process and the timely choice of further treatment tactics.
