Abstract
This study aims to determine the quality of population administration services in the population and civil registration services of Kampar district, which includes services for making ID cards, KK, deeds and so on. There are several problems related to the quality of population administration This study aims to determine the quality of population administration services at the population and civil registration service of Kampar Regency, which includes services for making ID cards, KK, deeds and so on. There are several problems related to the quality of population administration services. Researchers see from the aspect of facilities and infrastructure it is still not optimal, it can be seen from the condition of the service office it seems that it seems poorly maintained. feel uncomfortable when doing services directly. The research method used by the researchers is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques used by researchers are observation, interviews, and documentation. The informants in this study were the Head of the Service, the Secretary, the Head of the Population Service, the Head of the Population Service and the community as service users themselves so that the number of informants in this study amounted to 6 people. The results of this study indicate that the quality of population administration services at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Kampar Regency is quite good. It can be seen from the service officers who are dressed according to the existing SOP, service officers are always responsive in responding to various complaints from the community and officers always guide people who do not understand how to managing population documents, timeliness of completion of population documents is in accordance with existing SOPs and the attitude of officers in providing services to friendly communities. Constraints in improving the quality of population administration services include natural conditions, area size and limited internet networks in several villages and sub-districts as well as inadequate facilities and infrastructure to support services.
