Abstract
This work relates to the electrochemistry of aniline in acetonitrile, in water and in the mixture of acetonitrile + water, in the presence of picrate buffers, at platinum electrode using different voltammetric techniques, e.g. cyclic, normal pulse and differential pulse voltammetry. Results suggested that nature of the solvent led to change in the reaction pathways as evident from variation of peak potential for the anodic oxidation of aniline.
