Abstract
The wet leakage current of anodized anodes and conductive polymer coated anodes are measured in various electrolytes. The anodized anodes are robust to Ag+, Fe2+, and Fe3+. However, conductive polymer coated anodes are highly sensitive to Ag+ and Fe2+, which permanently affected wet leakage current in I-time measurement. I–V curve is plotted in order to understand the conduction mechanism. For 50 V conductive polymer coated anodes, Schottky Effect and Tunneling are the mechanisms between 12 V to 50 V and above 50 V, respectively.
