Abstract
PPy-DBS-Biotin films were prepared by square wave cyclic voltammetry. The film composition was determined by FTIR and the morphology by scanning electron microscopy. The impact of the occlusion of Biotin in the electrochemical behavior of the PPy film was evaluated by cyclic voltammetry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The presence of Biotin on the PPy film surface after continuous cycling was evaluated by x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.
