Abstract
Thiazole and its derivatives have risen to prominence as an important scaffold, attracting the attention of researchers in the area of medicinal chemistry due to their remarkable variety of biological activities. The thiazole moiety has been identified as an essential component in the structure of therapeutic agents including Ravuconazole, Sulfathiazole, Meloxicam, and Ritonavir, and is extensively utilized as an antimicrobial, anticancer, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and antiretroviral agent. The thiazole moiety's versatility has already been shown by the vast use of its derivatives with anticancer, anti-HIV, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, antiallergic, antioxidant, and analgesic actions. For its unique potential in various activities, this moiety's broad array of living response accounts has captivated numerous researchers. This study aims to further the biological potential of thiazole derivatives, whether as a core moiety or as a substituent, to eventually synthesize a diverse array of therapeutic entities.
