Abstract
Proteomics and metabolomics have identified novel biomarkers, such as enantiomers of amino acids, that can be used for the early detection of cancer. This paper proposed a 3D enantioselective stochastic platform that contains a mixture of powder (diamond powder and TiO2) modified with calix [6] arene and has been used for the enantioanalysis of L- and D-Cysteine in biological samples. The results demonstrated an extended linear concentration range (up to 10−18mol l−1) and sensitivities of 1.00 × 107 s mol l−1 magnitude order. The recoveries of the enantiomers in biological samples were higher than 98.00%.
