Abstract
Three new mixed ligand complexes of Na and K were synthesized and characterized. The thermal behavior of synthesized compounds was investigated by TGA in vacuum and mass spectrometry from Knudsen cell. Obtained compounds demonstrate sufficient volatility in vacuum and were tested as precursor for MOCVD deposition of KNbO3 films. Single phase highly oriented films were obtained.
