Abstract
A photo-electrochemical rechargeable solar cell with an inorganic charge-storage material as a third electrode was investigated. The energy-storable function was based on the redox reactions in dye-sensitized solar cells and the charge-storage electrode. In this study, tungsten oxide was used as the charge-storage material. Depending on the structure and morphology of the tungsten oxide, the charge-storage properties were improved.
