Abstract
Liquid crystal displays (LCD) have been widely used in mobile display, such as mobile phone, tablet PC or car navigation system. However, LCD has limited application because of poor readability under strong ambient lightning condition and poor bending workability. In order to overcome these limitations, we developed a new electroless deposition process to form Ni-P and Ag wire grid polarizer (WGP). The WGP made using the new process show good optical properties in tests and also very uniform structure. In addition, bottom-up Ag filling of WGP patterned substrate was achieved by using electro deposition process.
