EL PERFECCIONAMIENTO DEL PROCESO DE FORMACIÓN INICIAL DEL DOCENTE EN EL CONTEXTO ECUATORIANO. UNA ALTERNATIVA DESDE LA PROFESIONALIZACIÓN PEDAGÓGICA.

Abstract

El trabajo aborda una alternativa para el perfeccionamiento del proceso de formación inicial del docente en el contexto ecuatoriano, a partir del tratamiento a problemas de la profesión, configurada a partir de las acciones: identificación de problemas profesionales, su valoración, determinación de vías de solución y diseño de estrategias educativas para la solución de problemas profesionales y valoración crítica de su desempeño profesional. La sistematización teórica realizada, otros estudios teórico-prácticos y los resultados del estudio diagnóstico que evidencian la necesidad de cambio en torno a la formación de docentes desde la perspectiva tratada, facilitaron la elaboración de la alternativa propuesta. Palabras Clave: Alternativa, profesionalización, problemas profesionales ABSTRACT   The paper discusses an alternative to perfect the process of initial teacher education in the Ecuadorian context, from the treatment of problems of the profession, configured from the following: identification of professional problems, their valuation, settlement roads and design of educational strategies to solve professional problems and critical evaluation of their professional performance.
