Current Perspective in the Management of Mandibular Fractures

Abstract

ABSTRACT The management of mandibular fractures has evolved tremendously in the last few decades. Open reduction and internal fixation with malleable monocortical titanium plates is the standard technique worldwide. The paper reviews the current concept of mandibular fracture and discusses various method and modification for different sites and clinical situations.
