Abstract

ABSTRACT Hemangiomas are a benign vascular tumor and are of two types: capillary and cavernous. Isolated cavernous hemangiomas of paranasal sinuses are rare. We report a case of hemangioma involving the left maxillary and ethmoid sinus managed endoscopically.
