Abstract
In article propose a method for predicting the employment of students studying in IT areas at universities. The methodology is based on a continuous analysis of IT vacancies in the labor market, a multi-parameter optimization model for designing competency achievement indica-tors, as well as a method of interval assessment of the correspondence of a student's competencies to the vacancy profile. The methodology allows assessing the quality of training of IT specialists at universities.
