Abstract
Interdisciplinary education for pediatric and obstetric practitioners promotes collaboration, communication, and teamwork. Educational methods that use team training and encourage self-reflection and group discussion have been shown to improve team dynamics and neonatal outcomes. This article introduces several educational techniques that, when successfully implemented, can provide opportunities for better collaboration among pediatric and obstetric practitioners during deliveries.
