Research and evaluation of the complexity of management tasks within the framework of the organization's process activities

Abstract

The study of the forms and content of the attributes of processes, sub-processes and their components allowed us to determine their significant role in the technologization of the main "building blocks" of the structure of the organization's management systems. Process and functional approaches defined and formed functional management tasks. The practice of managing various objects in social and economic environments made it possible to identify and justify the composition and content of management tasks: input and output information, transformation procedures, as well as methodological tools to support these procedures. Empirical studies of the content of the elements of management tasks in various processes and subprocesses have revealed a relationship between the complexity of these elements and the time of their implementation in technologies for solving management tasks. The use of this approach for designing and reforming any management attributes will allow us to move to a scientifically based rationing of the labor intensity of implementing management tasks and, as a result, affect the quality and efficiency of processes and their parts in organizations at all stages of their functioning.
