Methodology of rationing technologies for solving managerial tasks in economic systems

Abstract

The study and construction of attributes of processes and subprocesses of management in economic systems allowed us to determine their place and role in the structure of organizations' activities. The practice of managing various objects in social and economic environments made it possible to identify and justify the composition and content of management tasks: input and output information, transformation procedures, as well as methodological tools to support their implementation. Empirical studies of the attributes of management tasks in various processes and subprocesses have revealed the relationship between the complexity of these attributes and the complexity of their implementation in problem-solving technologies. The application of this methodology for the design and reform of management attributes allowed us to move to a scientifically based rationing of the complexity of implementing management tasks, which, in turn, determines the quality and cost of process management at all stages of the functioning and development of organizations.
