Features of reproduction of fixed assets in the investment and construction complex of the region

Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the reproduction of fixed assets in construction and the study of problems associated with the lack of financial resources for their renewal in construction organizations. The objectives of the study are to analyze the use and reproduction of fixed assets; to determine the sources of their renewal. The hypothesis of the study is that it should be expected that the reproduction and involvement of fixed assets in the economic turnover will favorably affect the financial condition of the organization. The article lists the main factors of increasing the efficiency of reproduction of fixed assets of construction organizations. In the course of the study, it was found that the inefficient use of fixed assets negatively affects the financial activity of the organization, therefore, measures are recommended, during the implementation of which the organization will receive an economic effect.
