This working paper focuses on the baseline advocacy stakeholder analysis of U.S.-based environmental, health, disability, and tribal rights and justice representatives. The publication provides highlights from stakeholder interviews, discusses insights from those interviews and provides recommendations to guide the next stages of the Electric School Bus Initiative's work.
