Abstract
The article provides an overview of publications in which conceptual approaches to the classification of the organization in the socio-cultural sphere have been studied. The essence of the concept of “organization” is considered and supplemented, the stages of the process of forming a model of organizations in the socio-cultural sphere are substantiated. The activity system of socio-cultural organizations is described. A conclusion was made about the expediency of further scientific investigations in the direction of socio-cultural activities, namely the theoretical substantiation of practical recommendations for building an organization system: features of creation and prospects for development.
