Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of organizational resilience of schools affiliated to the Ministry of National Education in Yozgat province on the organizational health status. For this purpose, it was aimed to determine the resilience indicators of educational institutions against the epidemic and the effect of this situation on the perception of organizational health according to the restriction decisions taken by the state during the Covid-19 epidemic period in Turkey. Teachers working in primary, secondary and high schools in Yozgat participated in the study, which was planned in a quantitative research design. The data obtained from the study were analyzed with SPSS 22.00 and AMOS 24.00 package program. According to the findings obtained from the research, it was determined that organizational resilience has a positive and significant effect on organizational health. It has been understood that the increase in organizational resilience in educational institutions will also increase the level of organizational health. It has been observed that the organizational resilience and organizational health status of educational institutions are at a moderate level.
